About the author
Lieven L. Litaer was born in Belgium and lives in Germany. As a teenager he already spoke four languages - now it's nine - and the combination of his love for Star Trek and his

the email discussion forum as a so-called Beginners' Grammarian for over 18 months in 2001, giving lots of beginners the opportunity to get an easy entrance to the language.
He became famous worldwide with his YouTube channel and holds lectures about Klingon on universities and conventions. In addition, he is the initiator of the largest Klingon language meeting
of the world called qepHom, happening each year in Germany since 2002. In 2017, he spoke the introduction for a German children's show in Klingon, and appeared in multiple TV shows.
He is involved in many projects such as operas, Klingon rock music, internet pages and many more.
